Complete refurbishment of the Smart Heights office space, including interior upgrades, new finishes, and improvements to the existing infrastructure. The office was fully renewed and prepared for use — from the removal of existing elements to final finishing works and system upgrades.

Deliver a complete office refurbishment after demolition works, renew the interior finishes, upgrade existing infrastructure, and prepare the space for future office operations.
Solutions
We carried out a full range of renovation works, including removal of existing finishes, surface preparation, new flooring installation, wall and ceiling finishing, and repainting. The electrical and data infrastructure was also upgraded, including the replacement and improvement of connection points. The completed project resulted in a refreshed and functional office space ready for future use.
